Some great things, experiences that can be done or learnt for many ppl, that would other wise be never able to be done, such as disabled people, austistic etc.
This I find to be one of the greatest educational and beneficial to many.

General rallying of important rl issues, where ppl can come together and unite to make the world a better place. Healing of peoples souls and lives for the better.
Self promotion of talented people, a friend of mine Zappa,(Ziffy Zarf) who should always eat his breakfast before he comes in here, is one of them. A talented rl harmonica and piano player and song writer. It is great to see his webpage up and running.
